Best Buy Geek service is highly competent, informative and an essential add-on for all my electronic equipment. Agents are ready to assist, and can handle many tasks remotely.

At this point if I need something for my house, if Nest buy does not have it in stock I’m not getting the product. I believe in the Best Buy brand and love the service and the products.

When a product is fairly expensive and has a tendency to fail quickly it is wise to invest in a product replacement policy. Best Buy does a great job with these policies.

You can't go wrong purchasing a warranty that allows you to get a new one or a full refund. Purchased this after my Linksys EA9500 went out on me. 2 years of being able to be worry free. I'll take some of that!

The main reason I shop at BB is because of the warranty. They may not all be of help (employees) but this grants you a secure spot for when something doesn’t go as planned.

Geek squad is always there to help if the product breaks they either sent it to get it fix or give you a gift card to.replace it . Never buy a product withou this great protection.

The agents are always friendly and extremely helpful anytime that I need help with any installations or other types of tech support. They are reliable and the best in the business.

hopefully Best Buy will not give me a problem when i go to use it. Giving 5 stars based on past performance with extended warranties form BB. $7 to cover a $50 product for 2 years, no questions asked.. its a no brainer..

Geek Squad product replacement plans are a MUST! It's great having the replacement plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well.

Best protection plan I’ve purchased “in-store” Directly deal with the representative, no 3rd party insurance headaches like other retailers provide.

Haven’t used this yet, but hopefully if I have to it will work out great. I’ve heard of people using their warranties before and having great experiences with their issues.

Every product I purchase that has a warranty available, I purchase the warranty. Best Buy has always had amazing customer service with their warranties, they do what they say, they FIX IT OR REPLACE IT EVERY TIME!!

This nighthawk was becoming a nightmare. It stopped working and then it decided to poop out on me... I totally forgot that I had protection on it and thank God I am running again with the help of geek squad.

Spent $90 on a coffee pot for the wife. Have yet to use this, but was told if it does not work/breaks that I will receive a brand new one or something close to it.

I bought this extended service contract to protect my google mesh network. Seemed a fair value in the event something happened to any one of the points. Will replace for up to 2 years.

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.
