I was having some issues with gen 1 and because of buying the 2 year warranty Best Buy simply replaced it with the gen 2. I even got a Best Buy gift card for the difference between the gen 1 and gen 2 price.

When it comes to modern electronics I never pass on the GSP. Quality control is not what it used to be and the last thing you want is have to deal with manufactures warranties. GSP will protect you better and longer.

There was no agent that mounted my TV or anything like that because my husband was able to do it, its good to have added protection for your product , they can fix it or replace it.

Efficiency is key for me and that’s what I got, an agent attended to me , sort me out , and all my questions was taken care of. Service was great and my gadgets works fine.

It was easy to set up and great connection for a fully wifi home of 5. However, it stopped working aftet 3 weeks. Geek protection replace it but the next one did the same thing in 3 weeks. Went with a different model.

I had computer problems which were removed. Geek squad came out to fix a Sonos problem. They were not able to fix the problem due to an outdated Sonos and my money was refunded.

I am not usually a fan of paying extra for warranty. But I recommend it on these modems and routers cuz they are always coming up with new technology that I can just trade in the old with the new ones easily
