I am not usually a fan of paying extra for warranty. But I recommend it on these modems and routers cuz they are always coming up with new technology that I can just trade in the old with the new ones easily

I always have a piece of mind when I purchase the protection plan. I did not end up needing their service to hook up my product but at least I knew if I needed them too they would.

I am hoping that my extended warranty on my Arlo Pro cameras will pay off with this purchase. Cameras have the potential to break down when exposed to the elements. Figured this would be a good reassurance to have.

I will always sign up for my Contract, they are great whether on the phone or in person at my Stroudsburg, Pa store where Tyler always take care of my problems with my HP computer.

this is so worth it because when you buy an item you use alomost every day its best always to have a replacment in that way if anything happens to your device you are protected

I purchased this service when I bought my new router. The router is working just fine. I probably won't have to use this service, but it's good to have it.

I haven't used this Protection Plan as of today, 9/16/20. I have purchased and used the plan on other purchases and been totally satisfied when I've had to use the plan.

Never had a chance to call for geek service but this gives peace of mind. My friends have used the service and they are happy with that and recommended to me as well

My wifi modem router broke down after 18 months, took it to these guys and they got me a refund and I got a new modem right away.

This helped me get a new screen on my sons tablet after he fell with it. I wasn’t charged for a new screen and just waited about 2 weeks for the tablet to come back.
