    I had my previous modem destroyed by a power surge even with a power surge protected AC outlet, so it is a good idea to have a product replacement plan

    I never use Geek Squad, but If I need too I will. They are Professional and Friendly. I was told by my friends. If I don't Rate It, It won't Submit. So I'm giving 4 stars because of what I heard.
