Love the geek squad extended warranties. So easy to call and get fixes. Although sometimes hold times are long but still worth it.

I have never seen a four year plan on a printer. The extra peace of mind is well worth it.

Only had to call once since I purchased it. However they were very helpful and professional when I called. Yes they helped resolve the problem

I am not one to normally buy the protection plan, however my son goes through headsets so quickly.(wires braking, sound distorted etc). This plan covers everything, well worth the price.

The Geek Squad at my Best Best is one of the best ever assembled. They sold problems lighting fast. Never buy anything technical without adding the Geek Squad .... money well spent !!!!!

Not normally a big fan of extended warranties but this is for an 81 year old who already lost a key from his keyboard, so 2 years of coverage for him for only $5 is a no brainer.

All ways good to have protection for your devices incase anything happens, so the dependable Geek Squad can come to your rescue.

Great value, have had them replace a second printer after it failed outside of the manufacturer warranty. Just wish I did not have to buy a new policy each time the printer is replaced.

I don't really use it all the time, it was mostly for family I personally like to do stuff myself it's a lot more easier and I feel more comfortable, but the family does like it they all depends on the person

Best Buy has had this option for a good number of years. As printers cannot easily be repaired, this is a wonderful option available to buyers.
