Peace of Mind! Knowing the Geek squad is taking care of my product.

Bought an HP printer and the Geek Squad warranty, as it was my understanding that if it couldn’t be fixed it would be replaced by a new one, and if that wasn’t manufactured anymore, one that was it’s “replacement “. Well, they gave me the money back for the printer bought less than a year ago( so, still under manufacture ‘s warranty) and didn’t return the money for the warranty itself, saying I used the warranty. True, but the printer was bought on sale and I can’t find one for that price anymore. So, all said and done, I wasted $35 and have no printer.

With all the non-repair electronics in everything these days, the extra warranty is worth it.

Easy to get help and the people were very pleasant to work with.

It was a surprise that this support plan was so inexpensive, so I grabbed it. I hope I don't need to use it but it is nice to know that I am covered should there be a problem.

Great investment on all products that cost a pretty penny….. Make sure to go over exactly what is protected

Wow, only paid $10. My product however is still top notch. So I dont think I needed it. Hard part is hearing how I still have 3 more months to replace it.

I’m not normally the pay extra for a warranty you may not need kind of guy. Bought the Geek Squad protection and wound up needing it! Totally worth the extra money.

Bought it on impulse but find it easy to use and no issues so far

The thing already broke once (within 30 days so it was replaced). These keyboard / cases are temperamental. Now it’s covered for 2 years. Peace of mind for 20 bucks!

Bought this for Brothers printer bc they do not like to be jostled around when moving and he moves a lot.

They were wonderful and told me to watch for the two year end. I liked the Geek Squad. I think Geek Squads are wonderful.

Punctual and great price for the service. I have used the geek squad when I needed assistance with my new washer. The gentleman was prompt and ppolite. My washer works great :)

This item is just exactly as described. It is easy to use, and there are never any issues with it being implemented. I would not make a purchase without this.

Never know what goes wrong with a printer.like a Boy Scout be prepared.Hopefully I will never use the warenter.
