It is a great product. I should have gotten the Geek Squad to come through and set it up for my wife. I was set back by some of the things "I had to do." (Set up, passwords and other need to do's)

Geek Squad product replacement is a super value. I never buy appliances or electronics without it. It pays for itself.

This protection plan is great. I've gotten it for other products and if a problem arises, Best Buy makes sure they'll get it fixed or give you a new one.

I will always buy a replacement warranty I haven’t needed it but the peace of mind is perfect

Purchased insurance for printer. Not sure if needed but salesperson suggested it and said no problem with returns.

although i tend to not buy any extended or additional warranty, i did in this case as this secondary printer would not be supported by my company's it department. As i would like the printer quickly fixed/replaced in the event it broke down, i added the product replacement plan.

I had not been a fan of the Geek Squad in the past but my friends sy it is worth it and they have never had a issue when bringing in a uni for service or replacement.

I love going into the store. All the Geeks are knowledgeable and so polite. They must have good management so kudos to them too.

I have never had a problem that my local geek quad cannot solve. Zach and Reggie are top drawer techs.

Best Buy has some of the best warranties in the industry! Can't go wrong spending a little more for the piece of mind and not having to deal with the manufacturer.

For the price its worth having . Its easy no hassle to get items services or replaced. For a few bucks have peace of mind.

Haven’t had to use this insurance yet but nice to know it’s there as printers can malfunction and usually have problems that are beyond servicing by users.

Always get one before you leave, they are well worth it and replace the item and or get you a new one if you have an issue!
