Not sure how to rate this, since I’m not sure what this guarantee replaces? Is it my printer, stove, dishwasher or refrigerator? Or perhaps it guarantees replacement of the Mac laptop or Apple iPad Air? It would be nice to know for sure, in case I need to replace something!

The value of the warranty is good based on the cost. I don't have to worry about my printer breaking prematurely.

I buy geek squad protection on just about everything I buy from best buy on expensive electronics it has saved me countless times. It's worth it.

They told me to bring my old printer for $50 off. It didn't even work, but they still gave me the rebate. Since the replacement is $50, it was essentially free.

This works out ok, but if you have to use the warranty, they make you rebuy a new warranty if best buy swaps out your product!

The Geek Squad has been fantastic at solving all of my computer issues. All the technicians are polite and thorough

I have never decided to take advantage of the extended warranty offered by Best Buy. However, since experiencing issues with my HP and the cost and extended time to order the parts, I felt it was well worth the few extra dollars to cover this time. Hopefully I'll never need it.

I love purchasing everything from best buy because I feel as ease that if anything happens I'll be covered by the warranty

I almost always buy the geek squad protection. They are very helpful and I have had one thing quit right before the year was up and it was replaced. Nice protection.

I buy this on certain products. I have used it on a couple items that I have bought. They never give you a hard time they just replace the product that is defective.
