    I have not had to use my geek sqaud protection on any recent items i've purchased, but in the past the geek sqaud has been very helpful & knowledgeable.

    Decent price for a printer and 2 years too. Best Buy has always been good to us with any warranty and this is a good deal for a printer under $100.

    I live geek squad. Who doesn’t? They try to help you as mch as possible. They get tour things fixed and returned to you as quickly as possible

    I always get the extra protection on my items and if there is anything wrong with the product the process for exchange/fixing is always easy!

    Without this, I would have needed to purchase a replacement. I love the service that I get. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the repairs, done, but the quality of the repairs is good.

    For the price that we pay for these things I have to buy the protection. I have never had any problems with getting replacements when I buy the insurance.
