    There is a little disconnect with some of the new techs. As a former tech with around 1200 workers under me I kept a log and made note books of day to day problems and the best solutions to correct them giving them to all my techs. Had round table discussions on unique problems and solutions or end around. Last some techs knowledge is kept hidden from others in the belief that this makes one self more valuable.
