    Save your money- not a good value

    Don't bother. For a 30 lb printer I have to take it in to avoid a service call charge. This Epson printer has a hardware problem and probably needs to be replaced. BUT it is only 6 weeks old and the mfg warranty takes precedence. I am beyond frustrated.

    I bought a 2 year Replacement plan and the first time I use it the plan cancels and you have to purchase another one. I am not sure that is even legal. Even if it is, It is certainly immoral and false advertising. I have decided to stop shopping at Best Buy forever.

      That is not the kind of experience that we wish for our customers and I'm sorry that you had been surprised when the plan was fulfilled upon making an exchange on your product. As it turns out, when a plan is used, whether to support the manufacturer warranty or our own, the plan is fulfilled.     If I could I would give this a zero. I bought my printer and it stopped working, when I took it in to get replaced I was told that the replacement product warranty did not cover my product yet i purchased a product replacement.

    Don’t buy. They’re liars. They said if they could not fix it then I’d get a gift card to purchase a new one. Total lie. They gave me a rebuilt that of course had problems.

    I haven't been able to use this Samsung refrigerator warranty. It's only good if the compressor goes bad. It doesn't cover the ice that forms or when the freezer gets so cold that you can't scoop the ice cream. Plus you have to call Samsung.

    Completely worthless. All overseas call center. Wanted to charge $99 for a product visit on a $300 product. Would not let me take it in or swap it out.

    Not worth it. $50 up front, $99 for geeksquad to come out and evaluate, then I still have to pack it up and ship it back.

    Very upset, Sold me a printer that is not suitable

    We just set up the printer about 2 weeks ago and this was the first time I wanted to do multiple page copying. I called cannon and they advised this is not a multiple fee document. Now the deadline to return is past. This is not functional, I told the sales associate what I needed and told him I would not need the printer for a couple months, he urged me to buy this product because printers were backlogged and the price would go up.

    I asked if they use Warrantec Warrants on there TV's and the salesman said yes we do. So I bought the TV and a WARRANTECH WARRANTY to find out later that the only have the Geek Squad and that is not what I wanted. Teach your sales people to know what the sell and don't sell

    Purchased this thinking it was an extended warranty. When I took an item it seemed I was an inconvenience. It was explained to me that they couldn't fix it and they would send it off and could take 6-8 weeks to get it back.

    I have not had to use this warranty. I feel like it's been a waste of money. This is the reason for the 2 star. Will upgrade if I ever use the protection plan and possibly recommend to friend or family.

    It kept getting stuck and was jamming paper all the time. It was so hard to install it to the internet etc... took forever! Not worth the time and money

    Geek squad is only good for replacement. Their service/ repair sucks. I only purchase Geek squad on items that I am gifting.

    My hard drive does not connect to my Mac laptop any more. But this plan does not cover it. They said it could be a software problem.

    Personally I have never had to use the replacement so I have put a lot of money into it. It really is just a gamble.
