I didn't need a replacement. I didn't call the Geek Squad.

Wasted time and money. Paid for a year couldnt use.

The geek squad is always the best. You get quality services they never disappoint you. They are very good at their job. The customer service is always on point. I'll use them for all my electronics.

I added this protection plan when I purchased my printer, and while I haven’t needed to use it yet, I appreciate having the coverage in place. The person (forgot his name) who assisted me was very thorough and helpful for someone like me who’s not computer savvy. He made sure my newly bought laptop got all what I paid for.

I had the Geek Squad work on my laptop to get items transferred from my old laptop. Got everything transferred, except they could not get Outlook to work on the new laptop. They told me to contact Microsoft customer service.

The Geek Squad has been great. I just hope I don't need them in the future. But they are there if I need to!

Find any electronics I would recommend buying insurance to go along with your product
