Worth the investment it’s a great product and we love it

Giving a 5 star until I use it more but am a very satisfied customer. This was an excellent price but I could not find it at any store. Ordered it online and it was promised for Thursday but arrived today (Tue). Delivery was excellent. It is heavy. Packaging simple but study. Set it on my dining table and prepared for the worse. i am not a Geek. Read the first few pages and touched the right buttons and it was up and running via WiFi in less than 20 minutes. Made a test print of a color document and it was perfect. I can highly recommend this and it is my first Canon. Have had so many HP's I could start a print shop. They simply do not last as long as promised. The word is this Canon has expensive toner but I do not use a lot of color. Will try scanner later. This All-in-one is a terrific buy. It is bulky and weighs in at 60+ pounds. A very satisfied Best Buy customer and appreciate the COVID free delivery.

Bought a $149 canon all in one printer and took the 2 year geek squad protection. I buy a warranty for all electronics as they’re just not made to last as they once did. For TV etc, I go with the 5 year but for the Cannon printer I only took the 2 year. That said, it was lucky I did, because the printer stopped working after 18 months. I received full replacement of the very same printer which was on sale for $99 so I also got a refund of $50 back to my credit card. I also recently took a 4.4 year old Vizio TV for replacement as the plastic leg broke off. I received a Best Buy gift card for the entire cost as that TV no longer available. What’s not to love? Ok, well I would have preferred a refund to my credit card so I could purchase another TV elsewhere IF I wanted to, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all.

It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Geek Squad Protection has assisted me with issues and replaced items with no hassle.

A lot of people experience different things some true and some not true , we all have the right mind to know what is good and what is bad , You see all this sites trying to copy the real ones doesnt mean you cant find the actual real sites for consultations when you get scammed by this crooks , I was a victim and infor @ bsbforensic. c o m. got all my funds back I have proofs

I bought this printer/scanner for home use. Since I am working from home this has been convenient. I got it on sale for $99 and I am really glad I got this instead of something more expensive. I have only had the printer for 3 months, of light to moderate use and no problems. It prints and scans just fine, it was easy to download the software on my computer. I like how the scanner has a tray feeder option, but BEWARE-- do not put more than a few pages in the tray at a time. I just scanned a 31 page document for work and had to split it up into 4 different stacks in the feeder one stack at a time(few pages each stack) as soon as it scanned a few pages. Before that it got jammed, so if you're going to scan a lot of pages be careful.

This printer was purchased as I set up my home office in a pinch during quarantine and it has been a great addition. It has great scanning quality, the app to print makes it ridiculously easy to print from your phone, and printouts are great for an ink jet. I have printed well over 100 pages so far (majority black and white) and the black ink is about 45% and color is still pretty full. It has a small footprint that I appreciate and is very sleek. Make sure your print settings aren't too high as it can be really slow, but its great. Can't go wrong.

Immediately feel disappointed. I have Epson Workforce WF-2750 and wanted to upgrade to this ET-4850 so I dont have to deal with the ink issue on WF-2750. The material on ET-4850 feels really cheap stuffs. The LCD panel is super tiny and I guarranty it will give you a hard time especially if you have a big finger. The worst issue with this ET-4850 is its very weak wi-fi antena, promissing you may have a lot of headache with connection. I have to move it next to my router and thus everytime I need to print or to scan a document, I will need to swing back and forward between my pc and this printer - what is an absolutely annoyning. The ink bottles come with the printer are just enough for initial fills. I dont know how long they will last, but then you will definitely need to buy the refill inks - which are not cheap. Overrall, people are saying supertank can help you save $$$ over ink cartridge replacement. But with this initial cost up-front, I do not believe ET-4850 is the best option.
