I've used this service alot and every time I have goy my monies worth

Thought when getting this. I would at least get assistance installing if need and troubleshooting. Nope. First you can’t get a hold of store, 2 no one will call you back. You get routed all over the place and no help unless you go into store. How is going into store going to help me get this all working with my system in my office.

I like to purchase the "Geek Squad" package on almost everything I purchase - It's nice to know that if anything goes wrong with a product it's covered!!

If you are thinking about the Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan, purchase it when you order, otherwise after the product is delivered, you have to bring it back into the store to have it inspected. I recently ordered an item. Everything is fine. After it was delivered, I decided to get the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. During COVID-19, I do not want to go into any store, so I am not able to buy the Plan over the phone, only three days after delivery. I called Best Buy customer service. They were very polite, but no exceptions.
