I’m so glad I bought the extended warranty for my Zagg Keyboard because I had to use it. I absolutely love this keyboard and I love that it has a back light that changes colors. Do yourself a favor and buy an extended warranty!!

Best Buy Always Have A Nice Replacement Plan In Their Store When You Buys Products, They Will Replace It For You With The Same Product, If They Don't Have That Product, They Will Allow You To Pick A Product In The Same Price Range

I have never had to use my Geek Squad Protection, but I always purchase it, when I buy a product, as I have in the past. I would to anyone when making a purchase of an Electronic Product, to always buy extra protection just in case.

I can't truly give you an accurate evaluation. I give them 5 stars so I don't tarnish their service reputation. I have not needed their service yet. I'm confident that if I do they will honor the agreement, or else I would not have purchased it.

I got this for my keyboard purchase and am glad I did, a while ago I had to use the warranty for something else I bought and was sure glad I did. For expensive products I would definitely recommend or things that you plan on having for a long time.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

Recommend for anyone buying electronics. You just never know what could happen. Even if you don’t think something will. Better safe to pay a little extra. Then pay double because you had to get a new, tv, controller for game console.

The last thing you need is an unexpected expense, so why not pay that unexpected expense at checkout and live your life knowing that when that thing you bought breaks, they got you covered!

I usually don't purchae warranties on my purchases under $100, the warranty was so reasonably prices I couldn't pass this up and it helped to put my mind at ease if there are any issues. I know that the service is high quality and am not worried if it does need to be fixed.

It is always a gamble: Do you get it and never use it and feel afterwords you wasted the money/ or do you not get it, your tech fails and now your stuck with a paper weight? Well, for me this time around it paid off! Thanks Geek Squad for repairing my tech!

THE BEST THING EVER BOUGHT, Found my headphones not working after 1.5 years, brought it back and got it replaced, minimal questions asked, they don't interrogate you like you're committing insurance fraud, which I thought I would be.

This is an amazing service, if u buy expensive electronics but can be a bit of a clutz and damage something by accident, I recommend getting this service, it's amazing, I wish more retailers had this type of service. A1!

Was nice to have for peace of mind for expensive TVs. I actually had to use this service for my older LG TV and the geek squad came to the house and replaced the entire screen very quickly. Saved be 2k which would have been more than I paid for the TV.

I always get protection on all my products i buy from bestbuy, because it just makes sense to do! It may seem pricy for some but its alot cheaper than paying for a new product in a 1.5 years if something happens to break and the factory warranty isnt in play anymore

Geek Squad Warranty Service is just amazing. Its nice to have "peace" of mind knowing that your product is going to last you a long time. I have had nothing but great experiences with the replacement program and I continue to purchase them.

Will always purchase Geek Squad protection plans, they replaced my keyboard (and various other items over the years) with no questions asked - I was able to just grab another keyboard off of the shelf and pay for another protection plan for the new one. Perfect!

Great products for computer monitors or gaming monitors or printers. Computers themselves last 3 to 5 years without a lot of hardware intervention and don’t need to have extended coverage as much as the products above.

The Geek squad has always been very efficient in their solving of problems. Over the years, I have used the Geek squad on a number of issues I've had with my computers, and they have been totally consistent in their willingness to solve the problem!

I love GSP. I get it for almost everything I buy from Best Buy. I often buy the items from Best Buy so I can get GSP on it. I love it even more because when I buy a new tech item, I can use it properly rather than pampering it.

I'm not sure if this was for the waterproof bluetooth speaker or for headphones but we have really utilized the geek squad coverage for headphones and I think getting it for a waterproof speaker makes a lot of sense, also.
