Nothing is better than coming to the store in person and getting your products changed, repaired, or returned easily and on the spot. Many other warranties such as manufacturer warranties or 3rd party warranties make you claim over the phone, talk to a robot for 15 min, and then finally able to communicate with an agent until FINALLY knowing that you have to wait almost a month to get your product replaced. Here at best buy, it is entirely different. As a valued customer, you skip through all the steps needed to make a simple claim. WORTH IT.
