    Sooo where do we begin, needed to use the replacement due to the scamdemic you couldn’t return to the store, spent 3 hours on the phone making the claim, the box showed up to send back 10 days later. I went to fill out the documents to ship back requiring an RA#, spent another 7.5 hours on the phone to retrieve an RA# that I to this day never got. Sent product in and they replaced it I received no communication that it was received or new product shipped out. I waited a month and called them they stated the product had been delivered 3 weeks prior to an address no where near the address I listed on the return form.....found my product at the address in a pasture next to a pond......rediculous.

    Good at first, cancelled abruptly

    My computer kept breaking, the first time was a known problem with the computer and they replaced the whole mother board. This used up the warranty and I wasn't able to use it even though it was for 2 years.

    Not all that great failed within a month wasn't that sure about it when I purchased it .The sales person seamed to be a little to happy to I was happier to to get the geek plan!

    What I hate about this service is you have to pay every time they need to come out. So not only do you pay up front but you have to pay them again in you need anything. Not a fan...

    Geek Squad Sucked Yesterday for the first time

    The geek squad contract clearly states that it covers “normal wear a tear”, it does not specify that the normal wear and tear needs to have created damage to the product in order to exchange it. Geek squad representative failed to acknowledge that, and I had to wait there for half an hour. This is the only time this had happened, I have replaced my electronics countless times using my geeks quad protection, this had to be my first terrible experience.

    I purchased this for my computer and I'm being told I cannot replace it. I am confused and very unhappy. I'm trying to get it worked out.

    Bad help spends Hr's on phone for callbacks and then the help can not fix it and you have to wait for the 2Nd callback for a TEC. and he makes it worse and you have to pay for a good TEC. or get a new computer do not get Geek Squad service for computers not worth the money or time on the phone.

    This is a rip off. I never wanted this added to my order, so someone sneakily added it without my knowledge. I am not even sure what product this was added too. I am not a happy camper...pleasepay attention to your receipt when BB employees ring you up so you do not get duped into paying for services you never receive/wanted!

    Can’t even get an appointment for months. When you call them to discuss, they are rude. The online appointment system is good in a way as it is smooth but good luck getting an appointment when you need it. Out of desperation, we went to local techs and they fixed it the same day and for an extremely reasonable price!

    I love Best Buy, price matching is easy, the service is great... until your item breaks. Yes you can warranty it out the first time with no issue, the second time though? Oh wait they didn’t tell you that you have to buy another warranty on the other item? That sucks buy a new one.

    The agent sold me with the promise of accidental damage. Unfortunately a mishap happened the screen got cracked. I called BBY customer service and told me that accidental damages are not included on monitors!
