    The product was still under manufactures warranty, instead of honoring that and not having to repurchase another warranty on the same product...I had to repurchase the warranty on the same product.

    I used this service several times and I can say that I'm not satisfied with this service at all. I am never buying it again. They take so much time to do the repairs for nothing. A waste of time.

    The 2 year replacement is only good for 1 replacement. It doesn’t actually give you. 2 years of coverage. As soon as you have to have it replaced even for a warranty issue it go’s away

    this service went away after returning item and I wasn't given the service again after replacing item that was covered by the protection plan.

    Didn't fix the problem they made the hp laptop worse. It was a waste of money.One guy had an bad attitude and they lied.

    I'm not sure what I have a product replacement for. I did go in to exchange something that I showed I had protection for and the store would not replace it.

    had to come back because it was getting near close of store and it would take longer to reboot watch. Up to an hour. I was told I could not leave the watch.

    This product was not needed and costly. It stinks and shouldn’t be a thing. If you need something fixed give me a holla probly take 5 mins.

    I have no idea what this replacement guarantee protects. Hopefully, the store will honor the warranty of whatever it is I bought.

    Incompetent people who connected our dryer

    The GeekSquad that worked in our house connected the dryer in a fire hazard way according to the other GeekSquad.

    i got charged for this without even knowing that they took my money and with corona virus going on I cant even use this service
