There is a small part that should not be plastic as it is very important and pretty easy to break. It keeps the handlebars tightened and in place. If it was metal like everything else and welded to the scooter then just simply untwisting the metal screw too far wouldn't make it just fall right off after a couple of rides. Other than that it's a great scooter.

When I turn the hover all of a sudden It was spinning very fast itself then it’s crashing every corner of the house ..it made major damages to wall and fridge.. luckily my son got escaped without any hurt.. this is my second Hover first one was returned for the same issue.. I am Unable to attach a video if you need any body let me know I can share the video and it’s really scary!!

BestBuy lied about receiving date, it didn’t arrive on Tuesday and has been 9 days 18hrs 20mins 36secs. I will talk to Chase to get my payment. Store is pretty nice, lot of electronic stuff.

broke 1 week after return policy was over, no help from best buy at all. Used maybe 3 times at best
