Out of the box, device wouldn't turn on

When I plugged this bad boy in, it wouldn't even power on. Upon closer inspection, the power cord was frayed. The Quality Control has gone downhill.

Not worth the cost
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought this replacement plan, I specifically asked if it covered accidental damage. I was told that it did. Upon reading the description, I discovered that it did not. I called and was told that it did not cover accidental damage, so I cancelled the coverage.
