Best is pretty good about their replacement plans. For the most part it is an easy exchange. So far I have not had issues the times that I have had to use their replacement plans.

Some items you don't need to get this for, so look carefully at the cost. Now with that said. I purchase Geek Squad Product Replacement for some items and not for other items. When I have had to use it, BestBuy has always handled it very well.

I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

lately ive had too many electronics dying just after their manufactures warranty run out-if the price is right on an extended warranty-i will get it-may not use it but if needed much cheaper than buying something new when you have something die

I have got this plan for a few of my purchases and when something goes wrong with them I take it back to the store and they either reimburse me or exchange the item. It's a good plan.

Lets face it, EVERYTHING breaks, usually within two years. The best buy warranty is the only reason I keep shopping at best buy. Have had numerous expen$ive computer peripherals replaced, no questions asked no hassle. highly reccomend.

item is worth it. few dollars to get a 2 year replacement! if your item breaks no question ask and you can get an equivalent or they will give you gift card to the item you have

I but this on everything. I make sure it's a replacement plan, not a repair. No questions asked, just go pick out a new product and leave happ. I used to work at best buy almost 10 years ago, and these are better now, less complicated.

I had a hard time choosing between the many microphones on the market..I read so many good and bad review on all of them...I went ahead and purchased the cheaper of them all and am very pleased..The sound quality is perfect for my needs.

I always buy replacement warranties when I make purchases at Best Buy. The cost is minimally small and I feel more comfortable knowing that if something goes wrong with the product then I am covered for that additional amount of time.

I've had to use the best buy warranty replacement option a few times over the years. I highly recommend it based on ease of use. Just take broken item to customer service. easy as that!

Always get the warranties on big purchases from BB.
