I am happy with the value this protection plan offers and that it’s an affordable price to feel secure with my purchase for the next several years

Due to the Pandemic, I had to purchase equipment to support a second location to virtually work from. I have had a lot of experience with all-in-one systems lasting for years. I purchased an all-in-one printer from Best Buy and reluctantly purchased their Geek Squad replacement agreement because it seemed like it would not be used. The all-in-one failed after 5 months and when I returned it to Best Buy, the Geek Squad immediately issued me a pro-rated value towards the purchase of a new printer. Because of this experience, I quickly stepped up and added Geek Squad Replacement to the new system.

I purchased the geek squad replacement plan for a printer which has received much use for mainly photo printing. The printer has served me well although there have been some occasions where I've run into some issues. The first was related to an ink system failure which was replaced on the spot. The second was related to the printer no longer producing black ink. While a replacement was not immediately available for the second incident, I received a reimbursement of the purchase price. Both experiences were hassle free. In the future I plan to use the funds towards a compact photo printer such as the Canon Selphy and a portable document scanner.

I buy my electronics from Best Buy because of the good prices and the selection of products. And as important as those things are most important is the replacement protection. I get this on anything I buy because its just the easy button. I something fails (and we all know this happens with PCs and other electronics) I just pop on over to Best Buy and they give me a replacement. The Best buy policy on product replacement is better than any other place you can buy electronics. Have used it several times. Worth the money just get it.

IT ANY PRODUCT THAT I EVER PURCHASED STOPPED PERFORMING BEFORE SAID WARRANTY EXPIRATION DATE ... BEST BUY ACCOMODATED MY NEED TO HAVE THAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCRT, WITHOUT HASSLE OF ANY KIND ... BEST BUY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS THEY WAY THEY OR ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

My daughter got hers first and I set it up for her. I liked some of the features and got the opportunity to get my own on a Deal of the Day. Awesome price and easy to set up

I love GSP-R when the price is right! A 4 year plan on a printer is great, most of us have issues with a printer within 4 years lets face it... Just take it in when issues arrise in year 4 and time to get a new one!

Great customer service, My printer wasn’t working right. I brought it back after 2 weeks, I originally bought it on sale $80 off, when I came back to exchange it, it was $130 off and they gave me the difference back. As well as kept the 4 year warranty.

My printer always jams and gives me issues. This protection plan helps to get a new replacement immediately.

I love that when i went to pickup my printer they answered all my questions and informed me of any and all services available to me with my product.

I almost always buy the warranties. With so many products being made outside of the US, they break more often in my experience. So the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth the peace of mind. The Geek squd is good about repairing of replacing defective products. Their service is efficient, professional and punctual.

The Geek Squad Product Replacement plan has literally saved my business from shutting down. With out it I would not have been able to replace my printer and keep moving forward.

Got this as a peace of mind. Haven't used them yet because there hasn't been any problems with the product I bought, but I know I'm in good hands.

I've owned an Epson XP-6000 for a while to print high quality color pages for my design portfolio, but I was finally fed up with how much ink it used up and how much cartridges cost. So I bought this. So far, I printed about 30 pages on the ET-2760, and I am very impressed with the quality. The prints are as good as the XP-6000. When comparing prints from both, I can barely tell them apart. Prints are crisp and colorful. On the XP-6000, 30 pages would consume half the ink, and a pack of ink cartridge for the XP-6000 is 50 bucks! On the ET-2760 however, the ink levels have barely dropped. I can already tell I will be able to save a lot of money. I should have made the switch a long time ago. If you print a lot, you should definitely consider buying an eco printer.

Always works the only issue is when you sign up for the ink you have to keep it paid and only use the ink they send
