Its an ok printer for the money, but it is made up of many cheap plastic parts that will fall apart over time. But it is a good printer just take care of it

Called the Geek Squad, made an appointment, went to the store, exchanged the router, no problems what so ever. This was my First time using the Geek Squad Protection and it was an awesome experience.

I suggest you get insurance on everything you get from bestbuy always a good feeling knowing they will replace or refund your money

I hear some pretty good things from some of my customer’s at work about geek squad. I bought the 2 year replacement because it was cheap, but haven’t had to use it yet.
