I was a bit taken back by the price of the protection but was super happy when my daughter broke it and I had protection so I was able to take it in and not pay a dollar extra to have it replaced

It’s worth it purchasing this replacement plan. The hard drive that I bought has spinning hard drive, it’s nice to have peace of mind while using the hard drive with my Xbox ONe S.

My printer died and Geek Squad replaced it no problem, Of course I had replacement warranty, but I didn't get hassled, just was able to pick out another printer.

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Best Buy always carries great warranty and insurance for the price! Most retailers don’t replace the item as they say but beat buy does!
