This is a must have something you really need it comes in very handy and highly worth the money and I will Renew it every time it’s about to run out anytime I have the opportunity for geek squad total protection for geek squad service I get it it’s something I think as I said it’s a must have and you really want to buy it comes in handy saves you money and it’s just something that if you don’t get your wish you did

So far so good. Have not had to use the Geek service yet on item bought. But it was explained well for the 4 year price coverage I recieved. And it gives me security in case the printer breaks down.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection after getting infected from a scam on my PC. They resolved the problems and helped me to reinstall programs removed. They installed the Trend security on my pc, tablet and laptop. They were always helpful and patient and resolved every problem over the phone and when I brought my devices into the store. A special thanks to Drew Cimino for reinstalling my favorite program I use to print my photography projects that I was unable to find! So thankful! Great work Drew! Best Buy really is the best!

Saves you time, money and gets everything back up to running asap!

I was hesitant to buy it because I’ve dealt with other stores replacement plans and they didn’t really work for me. With Best Buy’s Geek squad replacement plan though it was super simple and easy. I bought a pair of headphones about two years ago, and was offered the replacement plan, and bought it. I figured, “eh I’ll try it out”. The headphones went out on one side before my plan expired and all I had to do was walk in with the item and show my email receipt and they had me out with a replacement within 3 minutes. 100% would recommend and will buy on most items.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they explain everything .

I had bought a printer and added the protection onto my purchase. Let me just say, that was the best thing that I have ever did. They were super helpful and I was able to get my problem fixed asap.

I've been with the GeekSquad for years, and love the service and availability. I've taken puters into the store a few times, but generally use remote support. I hate to say this, but this past week remote has been half a nightmare .. I've called in three (3) times and have been on hold for a TOTAL of close to 5 hours before giving up each time. Please note that the reason for these calls has been a problem with Outlook (not a life-or-death situation), which is a great program but has its challenges. They may be short-staffed right now. ... I will try calling late at night.

The printer is one the best for hard home use, it prints really fast. The remote UI configuration is really cool, its only hard to configure since there is not too much documentation to configure the address book and be able to get the emails out. have use this printer for 1Y without any issues.

Haven't needed it yet so that's good. I hope we won't need it. Insurance only
