    One can't be too careful. And, it's always good to have extra protection for just in case something happens to your products! I wish Geek squad protection was cheaper and for longer periods of time covered AND money back if services not needed at the end of the warranty period. Or, if item breaks or messes up after the warranty, since the warranty wasn't previously used, then allow the warranty to cover the product anyways, post original warranty!

    Was having trouble with my television oh, I called them first to help me troubleshoot the issue with it. After couple of times they realize that it was more of an internal issue, promptly sent out a technician to help resolve what I was going through with my television. Happy I mean to call I'm very satisfied with their work.

    Love BBs Geek Squad Protection Plans

    What is not to love about Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plans?!? They are reasonably priced and allow you to return the defective merchandise directly to their store to be fixed or replaced. Another giant retail competitor offers warranties on some of their products but it is an absolute nightmare to have anything repaired and forget about getting it replaced. If you want to be guaranteed that a defective product will be fixed or replaced you should go directly to Best Buy and make sure you purchase the protection plan!

    This is a must as you never know what things life can bring and accidental or just surge or anything can cause issues on a product. I know BestBuy is always there if anything occurs to ruin my day they can help and to purchase this is highly recommended. Even the best quality products can have issues so to be sure it doesn't put you out of service get the Geek Squad service. You can rest assured it will work for you if needed.

    This is one of those things you buy hoping you never have to use. But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.

    I hope I don't have to use the replacement service. But if I do I trust it. And am glad I have it. Four years is a good deal. I also appreciate the two week return or replacement policy at Best Buy. it seems with sophisticated equipment anything can go wrong. It does and it did. Best Buy was good with it and now I have a product I can work with. Thank you Best Buy and Geek Squad.

    I can't stress enough how much I love their warranties I've had several items in the past that broke down during warranty and they replaced it hassle free. Definitely recommend getting it if especially the item is for yourself

    I bought a brand-new computer online but, I brought it directly to Best Buy and had the "Geek Squad" open it up, remove bloatware, (junk apps), Updated all drivers and Load up my security software. I took it home plugged it in and it is Super Fast and Eazy to Navigate. I had one issue with internet explorer and ONE Phone Call To GEEK SQUAD, They went in remotely fixed issue (15 minutes) DONE .. Buy the Geek Squad Protection Program.. You will agree .. Its Well Worth the investment.. Thanks Best Buy Boise Idaho

    Replacement plans that are WORTH IT

    I have been buying a lot of my tech through Best Buy solely for the fact that the replacement plan/damage plans are AMAZING. I have never had an issue with returning a faulty or broken product under it's plan. Even in instances where records were not showing for one of my devices, the employees at Best Buy dug into their database to find I had my name in twice! They were able to determine I DID have coverage and still assist me. These plans are some of the only coverage plans out there that are SINCERELY WORTH IT.

    Not Impressed with the Geek Squad setup!

    The geek squad is usually great but they ran into problems trying to set up the fax program on the Canon Printer 743. They came 2 times and couldn't get it to work. I called Spectrum and their "fax guy" fixed the problem within 10 minutes. The geek squad had not programmed the printer correctly and the Spectrum guy did and it was up and working simply with the correct information given to the Canon Printer. Was very disappointed in the geek squad - they suggested that I CALL Canon to set the system up with them - but isn't the Geek Squad supposed to do that if they have a problem setting the printer up?????

    I like the Geek Squad service. I brought it for my printer. I replaced my printer two times in two year without paying anything extra. (Other than Geek Squad Service Fee). And replacement was really smooth. Best buy customer care person just replaced my printer without any question. Only thing I feel is, it is costly for some products. My printer Price : $90 Geek Squad Service Fee: $25 (For two years)
