I purchased this for my wife's iPhone X. It came in handy literally on the last few days of expiration! Forgot I even bought it, her phone was having issues while using the navigation app (google or apple) and would overheat and freeze. Had to restart several times and when she got lost traveling for business that's when we took it in for repairs. Was able to get the phone replaced. All is well!

I decided to pay for the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement and one day I came with my go pro 4 camera because there was a problem with it and the Geek squad member that was helping me found out that I qualified to replace my go pro camera 4 for the newer go pro Hero 5 and that's what I did and I went home very happy with my new camera. From now on I will certainly pay for the warranty. I just recently bought a karma drone and also paid for the warranty.

No matter the product we always purchase GEEK Squad protection because when something happens, the protection covers the repair or replacement of the product. We have used this on several occasions and it always been worth it, because the repairs alone would have cost more than the cost of the protection plan.

I bought the two year warranty on these headphone and to be honest it was a month short of being expired. I almost chunked them and just bought another pair. I figured I see and if they gave me any problems I would just buy the replacements. They didn't I walked in and walked out in 10 minutes with a two year newer upgraded set and all it cost me was the cost of a new 2 year extended warranty.

The support is great to have the only thing I don't like is that they don't offer extended warranty for computers any more there warranty is why I purchased computer from Best buy in the future I may or may not as I can get extended warranties vfrom other stores why a place like best buy stopped offering it on any of there good computers shows you how confident they are on the products they sell

Geek squad support has always been there when I have any issues with my equipment. When they send your item out for repairs they do a final check when the product comes back into the store to make sure your item is working correctly before they call you for pick up. I appreciate that. I do not leave the store with a laptop without purchasing Geek Squad protection. That will never happen.

So glad I purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. I use my printer everyday for work and cannot be without. When it stopped working I was able to take the printer in and exchange it for a new one easily the same day.

When I bought the Epson Supertanker, I decided to purchase a warranty for the printer. With other companies, I have not had great warranty service. However, with Best Buy, I had an issue come up with a different product line, I had a warranty on the product, and Best Buy came through with no hassles. The warranty service I have had in the past with Best Buy gives me peace of mind that they will stand behind the printer if needed.

The geek squad warranty was cool but I'm not sure it was worth the amount that was charged for the membership I only use it once the quality of the work was okay but it wasn't the quality that I expected when you're buying an extended type warranty for a product what I recommend it yeah I would.

I haven't had to use this yet, but I have heard great things and that is why I bought it. I bought it in case I have any problems with the scanner as one person said their scanner left a line down the middle of the photos.

This geek squad warranty has saved my butt many many times. I always purchase this with items that I will not be able to do without. If you buy something that you cannot do without or need on a daily basis, remember to buy this replacement warranty.

Usually the "extra protections" are just an extra cost when buying equipment - Not the Geek Squad Service. We used it for small things like freezes of the system, that just need de-fragging, and larger issues like a hard-drive fail. The service in-house (when we could all do that) were courteous, informed and professional. Taking it to Best-Buy was simple and quick to fix.

We Add Best Buy service with every purchase. Just returned an Epson printer that stopped working after about 15 months. Got a full credit toward another printer at the current pride which was higher than the price we originally paid for the printer! No questions asked. Would never purchase a product without the Best Buy extended warranty.

If you hesitate to purchase, I would recommend to get it. Having the help of the geek squad is something that I am so happy to have this service. All you do is pay for that yearly service fee and it's well worth it..

I learned with almost my first product to purchase the Geek Squad guarantee. It has been a pleasure working with Best Buy. When things go wrong they have either replaced or repaired my item with no hassle and in short amount of time. Geek Squat is so reasonable I definitely advise everyone to get it along with their new purchase. It is really worth the price.

I rarely ever buy a warranty for anything but I was so happy that I bought the 2 Year Warranty for my Kraken Headset. When they broke the first time, the warranty kicked in and all I had to pay was the tax. The second time, they malfunctioned, the warranty kicked in again and customer service helped with no problem. Money well spent!

The Geek Squad Service Product Replacement is a great deal, especially on higher priced electronic prices. If you have a problem with the product failing for covered reasons, you bring the product into Best Buy, and they will replace the product with the same product, similar quality product if the original one has been discontinued, or credit you the value for an exchange.

My brand new HP printer failed after only a few weeks use when an internal part broke. This product replacement gave me a no hassle replacement instead of having it sent for repair. My only cost was buying a new replacement policy on the new printer, at a very modest price.
