The epson eco tank is by far the most efficient printer i have ever used. I recommend this item to anyone who does a lot of printing.

I have always purchased this protection on items I purchase from Best Buy (about 20 years ago). I have purchased anything and everything electronic for the house. From Refigerator to iPads and everything in between. Whenever I’ve had to use the protection plan it has been no problem. I would continue to purchase these protections.

I always get Geek Squad protection plans when buying tech from Best Buy. I’ve found they’re a lot faster at getting a replacement in my hands, versus other protection plans. Furthermore, I like the peace-of-kind knowing my purchase is protected against defects. I’ve never had an issue utilizing the plan. A must buy for those expensive tech purchases.

I love the replacement plans at Best Buy. I’ve been buying the replacement plans for probably the last five years and whenever there has been a problem there’s never a hassle they take care of you right away and if the item is not in stock you can always upgrade and get the next level item paying extra or just wait until the item comes in stock. It’s my MAIN reason I shop at Best Buy verses Fry’s or other places.

The associate who worked with me was knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I wanted.

You never know when something is going to break. For less than a StarBucks latte I was able to protect my printer purchase. My daughter is a teacher and has a limited school budget for paper and ink; having her own printer make ensures her students get the necessary handouts, no matter the school budget. If her printer breaks, her students won't suffer and she can give them the information they need, even if it is out of her own pocket.

I wanted to upgrade my computer from ROM to read and write ROM. Unfortunately my computer only took HP parts for my model. The agent gave me the info I needed and what HP would ask for. I have it ordered and will be taking it in to the Geek Squad for installation. I have been a customer/member of Geek Squad for about 9 years - great and helpful bunch of agents.

I highly recommend everyone get a Geek Squad 2yr replacement plan. When something goes wrong with your tech you want to get back up and running quickly. The Geek Squad has always, ALWAYS made things right when something breaks. This is part of the reason I keep coming back to Best Buy to shop here – the Geek Squad has my back.

As I've mentioned in other reviews, Geek Squad replacement plans are the only way to have peace of mind. I do not generally buy "add-on" plans like this from other companies but Best Buy makes it so easy to "fix" the headache of having technology go bad that this is a MUST HAVE in my opinion. Get this, and have peace of mind.

To have protection when you needed it is a must. I enjoy the seamless renewal process. Once it is set it will automatically renew each year. Another great feature is when you purchase additional electronic equipment. That equipment is also covered. There are other perks, discounts and incentives for the customer that make having this service a great bargain.

Last time I bought a laptop my dog cracked the screen and I can basically buy a new screen or use it for my desktop. So I needed another laptop for when I travel or use it in the bedroom. This time I got the Product Replacement and glad I did. My new Dell screen got cracked (really junk screen) so my opinion of Dell has changed from good to awful again. It's being replaced as I type but at least I'm not out of pocket. Buyer Beware.

We decided to give this service a try and we are glad we bought it. The computer we bought with the plan started having problems right away. I had to take it in several times, but the problem could not be fixed. Finally they offered me a new computer. We have take our other computers, laptops, tablets in for tune-up. Never were we charged for any of these.

Really, let's be honest; you would be foolish to purchase a product with this protection plan and not get the plan. The complete coverage of these plans almost assures that your product, for the specified time period, will be protected. Who doesn't want that peace of mind? Who really wants to try to get the manufacturer to own up to making a product that failed? (and wait for the process to go through if they actually do!)

Fairly painless, except they never seem to have the same model in stock so i always end up upgrading. Of course its better than laying out full price every couple years.

On my 3rd printer in 6 years. Tired of having to buy a new one because something on it failed. Spend extra to get the protection plan where if something happens within 4 years, it'll be fixed or replaced.

We were expecting some carry over on the Geek Squad warranty as the unit that went bad was only a few months old. Then we found out we had to purchase a whole new warranty on the new unit as the old one refunded our price on the bad unit. Would have been nice to have got a discount on the new unit for no longer than it had been in service. But as this was the only unit in the store we were told no discount was going to be given to us. Now that we understand the Geek Squad warranty more, we will ask a lot more questions before purchasing it again

Bought the plan for my HP printer and glad I did. Printer went out after a few months...no issues with the new model so far.. Best buy staff replaced for new model with no complains or questions. Plan is high priced for some items like TV's and laptops but well priced for other items like this.
