The main problem I have with the Geek Squad is that they are VERY short staffed. You have to wait what I consider a long time, before they come to your home. I talking 2 weeks. Right now, in the capital of NC - Raleigh - there is only 1 person geek squad that comes to your home and that's the reason for the long wait time. I can't imagine having a business and having to wait that long?!!!

Great plan. Affordable and easy to use. They offer a great coverage very convenient if u make a expensive purchase

At first, I did not think this would be worth the extra money and thought it was more of a sales thing. But since I have had it I have used it more than 6 times for my TV troubleshooting, Cell Phone, I had my Laptop tuned up and it saved me a lot of money. There were products that I purchased that included free shipping and hull away. It a great option very glad that I have it.

We haven’t had to use this yet. Hopefully everything goes as advertised

Got this on a Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard.. pretty much the only keyboard that is comfortable for my wife to use, but it seemed like we were always replacing them sooner rather than later. When this last one had some kind of issue with the membrane causing all kinds of multi keypresses, they replaced it quickly and without hassle.

I used this right before the geek squad plan expired and they simply put the credit on my account and I went and got a new case. For the case to cost $150 and them replace it without the blink of an eye it’s worth it. When you replace it out you can add another plan for the cost of the plan on the replacement case and cover yourself for another 2 years. Worth the money so don’t hesitate to get it.

Staff at the Geek Squad are always ready and willing to help with even the most challenging tasks ive asked of them. I feel seen and heard when they are needed.

We have thousands of pages of old family documents to scan. With the old paper comes dust & flakes of paper. Our machine is very easy to clean, which is done quite often, so when this four year warranty was offered we took it. It gave me a piece of mind to know we are covered for our investment of our machine!

If you’ve been around technology long enough you’ll find out after awhile computers and accessories will start to have problems. It’s nice to know you could head down to the geek squad and get replacements instead of spending hours troubleshooting electronics yourself. If it’s within budget geek squad replacement can save you a lot of headaches especially if you have something important to work on.

Its usually hit or miss but you never know when disaster will strike. I believe if the value is there not only will the extra warranty save you much time and money, I have gotten upgraded because the product has been discontinued. If you can afford the extra cost I would definitely recommend taking the chance on geek squad.

You need this ! It's highly recommended. For 10 buks you will cover things such as headset, ps controller etc. Trust me, those thing break easily. Not because they have poor quality, but it's because kid is a kid. Best buy would process your return with NO HASSLE! I ve done it bunch of time.

THE BROTHER PRINTER IS THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE. IT PRINTS BEAUTIFULLY. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE IT. I LOVE THE TONER BECAUSE IT BEATS THE LIQUID INKS 100%. IT PRINTS BEAUTIFULLY!

Geek squad 2 year agreement was purchased with a printer The printer failed 7 months later. Returned the printer to Geek Squad and without hesitation, Geek Squad told me to pick out a new printer and the pro rated credit that was available. The Geek Squad Product Replacement was a good choice

As a small business owner, it’s imperative to have protection on my purchased equipment. I purchased a scanner which jammed and wouldn’t scan the # of pages as advertised. I was able to rerun and purchase a new highly effective scanner after. Geek Squad made it a cinch to return/refund for a better product.

I purchased an HP Tango printer last year and have really enjoyed using it. It is lightweight and fast. I liked the promise from Geek Squad that they would replace it for me if it broke down within the 2-yr. mark. So far, the printer has worked great, but it gives me peace of mind to know that it can be replaced if it gets damaged!

Have not had to use but I am confident that Best Buy will take care of me if I have any issues with the printer

Have not had any issues with anything I've purchased at Best Buy, We get the Geek Squad for peace of mind. They have help beforehand via phone when we've called them.

I don't usually buy extended warranty or protection plans on anything I buy. But this is a service I can't live without. I use my computer/laptop a lot, but I'm no expert. Every few months (over the phone) I have the Geeksquad clean it up and it runs better/faster. If something happens and it needs a new part or I crack the screen, it's free parts and service. Best bang for my $$$$$.

I paid a minimal amount for a product replacement policy and so glad I did. My new printer broke after only 2 months. Just brought it back to the store and they replaced it immediately. The only downside was having to make an appointment with Geek Squad to set the printer up with my computer. So had to make several trips back to the store.
