Geek Squad Product replacement plans are worth purchasing. I've ran into issues with products in the past, and they've always came through and either fixed the issue or replaced the items without giving me a hard time, which I really appreciate. And they always help out with any questions you have as well.

Your agent came and helped with our sound on the TV, installed the new printer and made sure all was working properly. He was very nice and friendly and answered all of our questions.

I bought this 2Yr Contract to protect an item I purchased for a client. So far the unit has performed flawlessly. NO issues to report. However; I know that Geek Squad will stand behind the 2Yr Service Contract should the need arise. Thank you, Best Buy, and Geek Squad for being there.

Luckily, I haven't had to use this extended warranty, but it provides peace if mind knowing that if something does go wrong, I'm covered!

This is great to have and a great value as we know anything can happen as un foreseen things happen. It is a comfort to know that you have reliable protection in place. Gives you a level of peace of mind. Without it , it can be very costly the repair bills and or replacement costs.

Honestly, to have my new headsets protected for 2 yrs for 2 bucks... it was a steal. As the associate said: "If anything happens to it, you can come in to the store and pick up a new box to replace it". Sweet and easy. (I usually only get the geek squad stuff on select items too, use your best judgment.. but for it only being 2 bucks (for this device)... hard to resist)

I usually only buy the replacement warranties for expensive electronics or items that will get heavy use. I once had a computer monitor fail 2 weeks before my replacement warranty expired. They gave me store credit on a giftcard for what I originally paid for my monitor. I have able to get a better monitor and I still had a left over balance on the giftcard. I was very happy.

THANK HEAVENS FOR GEEK SQUAD. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP DIAGNOSE A PARTICULARLY DIFFERENT TYPE OF "BUG" THAT MY SYSTEM CAME DOWN WITH, THEN DO A PROPER EQUIPMENT INSTALL TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THE PROTECTION IS FOR UP TO 3 ITEMS (I THOUGHT IT ONLY GOOD FOR 1 SO WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN ABLE TO HAVE WORK DONE UNDER PROTECTION PURCHASED EARLIER FOR ANOTHER ITEM)

I accidentally pulled the Canon Printer off the book shelf it was sitting on with my oxygen tubing. Thankfully the Geek Squad Warranty allowed me not only to replace it but to get a newer model of the Canon Printer and I only had to pay the difference. GREAT WARRANTY!!!!!

The protection plan is one of the best investments you can make. Best Buy has one of the best in the industry. Their customer service regarding the protection plan is amazing. They can look up the purchase of the item on their system and confirm device has the protection plan on it. From there you good to go!

The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!

Must buy when purchasing expensive items incase of a malfunction or mishap geek squad is there to help you.

I buy the geek squad protection on everything I buy from Best Buy! It has been the best warrantee from anywhere that I have ever purchased! The geek squad and Best Buy have always taking amazing care of us because we have purchased the warrantees so I would highly recommend everybody do it

I bought the Best Buy warranty, so when my printer failed I upgraded to a tank system printer and was not charged the additional insurance, because I bought it the first time. Best Buy won over a customer for life. Normally I do not buy the warranty but have had some problems with printers in the past and did this time. Buying the warranty saved me money this time.

So far it’s been good. I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, but it’s there if I need it.

Got say, I never was the type that like to get insurance or warranties on items. BestBuy Geek Squad, MANH! they make it soo easy to help. Everything always get fixed or replaced, FAST! no questions! I now buy warranties at BestBuy for everything I day there. I knows is gonna last twice my expectation. THANK YOU
