I like their chat feature as the tech support chat has been useful in addressing my needs. They also could fix minor glitches by using remote repairs without having you bring the computer into the store.

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronic headset.

Always good to have accident protection. I got mine for my keyboard and case for my ipad....Sooner or later I’ll spill a drink on the keyboard that will short it out and kill it so it’s worth the extra money to ensure that you’ll get a replacement free without having to spend another 89 bucks!! SO like Nike says...just do it...and get the backing

Visited the store to inquire about not being able to connect my external monitors. The first visit they could not determine why external hardware would not upload to the computer. They suggested that I have the Geek Squad set my computer and reinstall all the programs. I came back a second time to talk about having the install redone and the agent that was talking to me said all I needed was a different cable and sure enough he saved me a lot of money. I no longer needed to have the install redone.

Looking forward to years of use for my product with knowing Geek squad is here to help me whenever I need them. Thank You! :)

I usually never have to use extended warranties, probably 95% of the time I don't need to. But when I need it, best buy's have proven to be the best. They are no hassle and it's so easy to get my problems resolved--only had to do it once, and it was simple and easy. Buying a best but/geek squad extended plan gives me confidence that should my device fail, Best Buy has me covered

I am very, very pleased with the purchase of Geek Squad service. They have helped me over the phone fix problems with my desktop computer. And they replaced the motherboard in my wife's desktop computer. All of this for no extra charges. YES I am very happy with this service! It is a very good investment.

If I could give ten stars I would. We bought this replacement plan for my husband's gaming headset.....apparently my puppy thought they would be a good chew toy. The Best Buy employees were wonderful when we came in to exchange them. They process was seamless and we were able to walk out of the store with the replacement headset within a matter of minutes.

Bought this on my Xbox Series X. There are tons of overheating issues and other problems with the system. If I need to replace it, I know I'm not just going to be out of pocket the whole cost of the system. Had to do that with a PS4 Pro once already and it was frustrating.

the thing that makes best buys product replacement warranty better than Amazon (even though they often cost more and are shorter in duration) is the real time factor of bringing the defective item to the store and getting a replacement there and then - no waiting for a replacement to arrive in the mail.

HIGHLY getting replacement ins on certain products. I needed the warranty just in case I had an issue with our printer and so happy with their service. Not all things need this but nice to have the peace of mind when making a big purchase.

I don't buy electronics without this support any longer. I've had a couple issues over the years with certain brands and having Geek Squad cover me makes the purchases worth it. I am extremely careful with expensive electronics so when I say I still buy this plan, it's a good deal.

I almost always purchase extended warranty when I purchase new products. Because I just purchased this for the Epson XP 7100 which is not one month old yet, I must give it 5 stars because Best Buy stands behind their products.

This review is for a 2 year protection plan on a printer. Protection plan cost $9.99 and well worth it. Should anything go wrong with my printer within 2 years i can just take it back to BestBuy and exchange it for another one. Hopefully i wont have to use this protection plan but i have piece of mind for 2 years with this printer.

I made the salesperson repeat the price for the 2 year printer service contract with the Geek Squad for only $5 twice, because it sounded too amazing to be true. My track record with printers in the past has not been good. Now I can print worry free, knowing that the Geek Squad is there to help me with printer problems or replace it completely, free of charge.

I purchased a product after a few months the product was not working right I took it back to Best Buy where my 2 year replacement plan kicked in the transaction was so easy and simple to go through, I replaced my product with ease And was able to get a new 2 year replacement plan on my new product thank you Best Buy you are the greatest.

Geek Squad product replacement plans are a MUST! It's great having the replacement plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

Geeksquad for small appliances is the best investment. There is no trying to fix it they just replace it. Saves time and money. You just need to add the new plan to the new appliance that you exchanged it for.
