Love this printer. It's easy to set up and easy to use. The ink tank is easy to fill and you can visually see the levels of all ink colors. Great value and economical printer.

No brainer go Geek Squad all the way for service !!

Purchased this with my printer. Have not had to use it so far. The extended time goes for the length of time the printer is expected to last. So is a good investment.

I’m so so glad I purchased this service I have purchased printers before they stop working and can’t be repaired then I have to get rid of them only to have to purchase another printer. That was wasted money I have never been offered a plan like this, made since to purchase the added protection

I'm not usually a sucker for warranty, but if I know that a product I buy could break down within two years, I'll buy this to future proof. You can always turn in your product within the two years for easy replacement. Nowadays, I tend to buy warranty for most of my products that requires it.

I have used these extended plans for years and kept track of the need and savings . The bottom line is that for what I've paid on all my product plans over the years ,the times I've needed them far outweigh the cost for peace of mind and getting the replacement repairs when needed .

I am not a super tech-savy person, and I do purchase product replacement from time to time, depending on the cost of the unit. I have only had to use it once, but it was worth it and easy. The Geek Squad rocks -- and did everything they could to take care of me -- and they did! Thanks Geek Squad!

I highly recommend 2 year Geek Squad product replacement. I have had products I bought at BestBuy go on the fritz, and I just took the product back to BestBuy and they either fixed it or gave me a replacement. No boxing anything up and sending it back to the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

Used Geek Squad Protection for a printer that I purchased recently. The protection was very inexpensive but turned out to be very valuable. The printer wound up having some time of error after a firmware update. Once it got determined that the printer could not be repaired, the process was easy to get the printer replaced....very happy!

A Geek Squad replacement plan is a necessity for all tech-things. Specifically because this plan keeps you from having to spend the same amount of money over and over again. I feel confident, knowing that if my product is to fail for what ever reason, the replacement plan will get me out the door with something new that works.

Everytime I purchase at bestbuy i always check if it is come with geek squad protection plan... even though it is a top brand... If something happened on the unit or deviced purchased.. geek squad always taking care of it! Having a geek squad protection plan you always have a peace of mind..

On items that can break easily you cannot beat the warranty. I buy a lot of expensive electronics and I buy the warranty and have had 3 issues over the last 12 years and the replacement was instant. And if you are an elite plus member they even refund you warranty money if you do not replace the item

Best thing I ever did not matter what the problem I don’t have to ever worry they will help me with everything and if it’s not them they will gladly supply the 800# you need to get to the help you do need. I have contacted them for so many things worth every penny.

Geek Squad protection is a no brainer, especially the Replace Plan. Within 2 years, if you have any issues with your item, from normal wear and tear, dust, heat, humidity, power surge, etc., Best Buy will replace or issue store credit on what you paid. I get GSP on all of my purchases!

I love geek squad protection. I add it even with my Apple products. They never give you issues and if they can’t fix it, they replace with a new model.

This is the best thing and reasonable price to purchased. Especially when you have kids and teenager. Not only that but things that easy break. They just pull up your account or have your receipt. They just replaced it for you. Really simple and your cover no longer active when it replace once.

Purchased to cover my first laser printer. A Canon MF644Cdw. Haven't had to use it yet, but sounds like it pretty much cover's everything short of gross negligence. Better keep the box. Bring it in for any reason and get a replacement or your money back. Sounds pretty good to me.

I love Geek Squad warranties for my larger purchases. Well worth the investment. Best Buy never hassles and honors their warranties immediately and even when they have to send your product off for service, it is usually very quick and they allow you to track your item .
