Good protection coverage, in the event that something happens to unit.

Bought my daughter a computer for college, has been good to have the warranty - college kids are tough on their computers

its a bit expensive depending on the item, but ive never been left in a lurch from the product replacement plans.

Didn't need it, I couldn't get the software for the printer to work so I had to return it and didn't need the protection

This is a good printer that does an average job. I had to call tech support to get it hooked up because it was not picking up my wifi in the house for some reason. Once hooked up though its done a great job. My only beef with it is the scanner. Sometimes it will not scan to the computer, says the connection is not there. I think it has more to do with my wifi though then the printer itself. I would recommend.

I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION AND NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO BRING THIS HEAVY PRINTER TO BE REPAIRED. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND AM NOT CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING, NOR PICKING UP THE REPLACEMENT. I PURCHASED THE PROTECTION PLAN AS A SAFEGUARD SHOULD SOMETHING GO WRONG WITH THE UNIT. EITHER BEST BUY REPLACES THE UNIT, OR ONE OF THE GEEK SQUAD NEED TO COME TO MY HOME AND REPAIR IT. IF NOT, MY COST FOR THE PAYMENT PLAN NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!!

I hope that I never have to use this. Glad to know it's there though.

How can you ever go wrong with an extended warranty. Especially if it isn’t too expensive

This insurance is worth it because if something goes wrong with your printer they can fix it

I bought the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan for $13. I thought the price was reasonable .

For the price, this is a great piece of mind. I bought a good router, so it is nice to know it is protected if something happens.

While I have used the Geek Squad on 3 separate occasion and they were able to solve my problem it is very time consuming. On one occasion taking 5 hours. I do ask they please do not change any of my setting and each time something I have come to depend on has been changed. I guess that has to be a trade off to get problems fixed????? I wish there was a maybe in suggesting to a friend.

Recommend Geek Squad protection plan on most electronic purchases from Best Buy.
