This printer has never once been able to print something clearly. It's always disconnecting from the internet and flashing lights. It ran out of color ink after one small color image was poorly printed.

Always a good thing. Cannot go without some kind of help.

Always nice to have warranty to lean on if product disappoints.

For the price it was worth it. I hope to not have to use it.

Not happy. Even bought an extended 4-year warranty on my printer, since I was told it would be replaced Free-of-Charge if anything went wrong. When something did during the warranty period (3 1/2 years), I was told that my model was no longer available and that I would have to trade down to a lesser model at the same cost as the one I had (which I got on a sale) or pay the difference - $150 - for the nearest comparable model.

I have yet to use the geek squad bc my equipment is satisfactory

Haven't had to use it yet, but it gives me good peace of mind.

I would not recommend buying this product with out the warranty.

I always get warranty wth Best Buy whenever the option is available

Product seems to wear within warranty so be sure and get that

The printer works good but the only bad thing there is no USB port.

2 year extra coverage for any item is always the best route to go

Had issues with Windows 10 Fixed the glitches and great printer!
