You can never tell when your product will stop working. Geek squad will bail you out in those situations and if your warranty expires. This is a bit pricey

Unfortunately I bought this and never used it. But I guess that’s also a good thing.

Anyone want to buy a new printer???? After owning five or more HP printers and being really happy with all of them, I bought this printer on 02/02/24 and have already made FIVE calls to HP support! One of the biggest frustrations came about when I tried to print a single check from Quicken. Previous HP printers printed them with no problem. With this printer, I have to change the settings every time. Also, when printer envelopes for greeting cards, it takes a detective to determine the settings for the printer.

Great idea to get the 2 year working on all your devices technology never last for a long period of time

It is OK, getting tired of 3 times to fix the same issue with computer communicating with the HP printer

Called the store where the printer and geek squad service was purchased and they told me that they couldn't help me. No reasons to why.

i should stop buying these because i never use them or forget i have it. but i keep buying them.

Tried this for my daughter's tablet (in lieu of a netbook for college use) and it was just too impractical to use for that purpose. I can see this keyboard being functional occasionally at home, but it doesn't compare to having it all together in one place. Especially for college use in small work areas, it's just too bulky with no real way to keep mouse, keyboard and tablet together. It was just better to return and bought her a netbook, instead.

YOu buy something at Best Buy and the Geek Squad plan and if something goes wrong, they want you to pay $99 to have a service person do a home visit or you have to bring it in to the store. Waist your won time and gas to get something fixed or replaced that under warranty

Great purchase, I don't regret buying it. Still going strong and have not needed repairs or replacements.

I expected better customer service during Covid-19 as a means to keep customers coming back unfortunately, when I needed Best Buy, the Geek Squad and warranty service the most, they let me down and the additional money I have spent over the years in warranties and the 24/7 Geek Squad service is no longer worth it's price. It's taken 4 months to fix a 3yr old computer, which is only worth $75 trade in value, to get fixed and it's still not fixed and now the warranty has expired. How convenient Best Buy!

The printer is a bit slow. It’s suppose to be wireless but it’s not compatible with all routers. On balance I would not purchase it again.

I got this after buying a very pricey item, and I guess it was nice to have, but I ended up not using it

I purchased the Geek Squad product replacement for my Belkin router several years ago. It has worked so well I haven't needed to use it.

This is really only worth it for more expensive items. It can only be used once then has to be repurchased.

Headphone is comfortable, but Microphone isn't ideal, not clear and get loose too often. I would recommend if it's under $80

I hope these plans are not the same of the past. Where the first year of the replacement warranty ran congruent with the manufacter’s.

They never give you any service. Once you sign up and if you want their service, they will ask additional. and they never get any job done on-time - I say this is a fraud.
