Decent warranty

Couldn’t use!

Faulty battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery was faulty when it was installed in the printer. This should have been an easy fix under the warranty, with the battery being mailed to me. I had to take the printer in to Best Buy.

value issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this replacement plan without knowing if needed. turns out didnt, never would have, and really wasnt a value payoff. geek squad is great otherwise, pick replacement plans appropriate for electronic item bought is my advice next time. think it through. many other plans bought with purchase in past much more valuable.
