Good protection plan. Will purchase it for all my equipment.

I don't know.. I haven't had to use this warranty.. And least not yet.

Purchase of the plan for this item was not needed (yet) but Best Buy's geek squad plan has always been worth it!

It works it also operates properly . So far no problems with it so far .

I purchased an hp printer and whenever I try to print, the printer is "offline." This has been happening since day 1. Geek Squad wants to charge me to resolve the issue. I will never invest in Geek Squad again.

No more need for this service our son is an IT guy! But when I had it they helped me a few times over the phone!

Geek Squad has been available for me when I needed it.

time will tell if this was a wise choice or not... but logitech mice do seem to die on me so let the fun begin.

I purchased the protection plan for an I tem I had to return because it did not work and I was not refunded the protection plan amount.

Seeing one of the damage products on display for unknown reasons, I went ahead and got the two year warranty.

Only gave 3 Stars bc I haven’t really used it. Geek squad has been somewhat helpful in the past.

Haven’t used yet. Hopefully I won’t ever have too.

Really don't find this helpful. Never have used them. Bought a computer from them and set it up myself.

They tend to break my stuff when trying to fix it wouldn't recommend it

Generally too expensive though. I guess it has better reputation though.

Don't waste ur money called for my printer stopped working right and they said in order for them to help me with the process I have to pay 79.oo on top of this service already paid for.....so what's the point of buy this service when I still have to pay more just for them to tell me I need a new printer smh than on top of it all I speak to someone in India who barely speaks English by god!

I had to return product 3 times each time had to purchase new plan. This is crazy. It was within 5 days.

Mobile Printing is slow it hesitates too much and the worst problem is I can’t see the display window no light you able to read gonna return fir something different
