Found the wording of what was covered by this to be rather suspect. I thought most problems would be covered, but when I encountered a problem with outdated drivers and requested assistance I was told told the policy only covered a "total replacement" if the machine basically "blew up". I got no help whatsoever with a product "problem" unless the machine just stopped working entirely. Maybe my fault for not reading the tiny (not small) print. Definitely bad waste of money!

We thought pricing for product replacement was average. We have not used yet.

Worst printer I've ever purchased. This PRINTER requires an internet connection, data gathering permission and access to all files and folders on the the computer before it will print.

I got the 2 year service if it had a problem they service it or replace it

Can’t comment because I was sent a Shark vertex vacuum cleaner instead of the printer I really needed. So, I can’t comment on what I didn’t received. Contacted customsr support twice, still waiting for issue to be resolved.

Decent plan for devices from BBY. They model prices based on cost of device.

Haven't needed it yet but for 2 years with replacement, it's a great value.

Geek Squads' Customer Service team? Useless. Barely used microwave, little over two months old caught fire and no one will assist. Multiple names documented and no one knows what to do with an appliance that catches fire.

It broke very quickly after I purchased it; it jammed a lot, which was a real bummer. Set up was kind of a pain, but not particularly difficult.

part of a package deal on a new printer. Have had no reason to use.

I JUST HOPE THE PRINTER BREAKS BEFORE THE TWO YEAR WARRENTY EXPIRES

I haven't had to use the service yet so I'm still hoping it will work okay.

I hope I never have to find out whether this warranty is any good or not.

It's hard to get help by phone, must bring product to store. okay, i guess.
