I have had the printer for 10 months. It works well. However, it is very bulky. Unless you need to print 11x14 pages, chose the smaller model. For ink, don't be fooled by buying the XL and XLL cartridges.

The warranty is always great and Best Buy has always honored it. Never a problem when having it.

If you, as in my case, buy a product that cannot be repaired, and don’t know this before you buy it, there doesn’t seem to be much point in getting geeks for protection. The contract is voided if you return the product for replacement. So I lost 15 months protection.

The added warranty is definitely worth the purchase. I have already used it on two gaming headsets that gave out. The process was simple and no questions asked.

its a great printer and works great for my accounting business

I bought this to replace an HP printer that had cartridges for which I could no longer get replacements. I chose this printer for the tank refill feature. Unfortunately, the print quality is significantly lower than that of the old HP, and the price is significantly higher. I use my printer to print business cards for my home-based business, and the print quality is just not there. Disappointed.

Bought my new Samsung tablet it suddenly went horizontal as opposed to vertical did a chat and got it resolved ASAP
