I haven't had to use the coverage and hopefully I never will, but at this price, it made sense to me to add the extra protection and make it easier to deal with any problems, instead of having to go through the manufacturer.

The protection is more than worth the price. I had a couple of issues that I would have had to spend too much money on if not for this service.

I had purchased this on the first shredder I bought. When it stopped working I simply took it in and left with a new one. I purchased another replacement plan and will definitely do that again for the next.
