The extra money upfront is worth it. Geek squad will always take care of whatever you need.

Like that this is offered but the customer service number isn’t very helpful and you wind up back at the store to ask questions or just returning a broken item because they say they can’t help over the phone

I recently had a PS4 controller fail. I was able to take it back no questions asked.

For the racing wheel I bought and based on the reviews and issues...I decided to buy this coverage. Had issues in the past on a TV I bought at BB and did not buy the coverage ...it was a pain to get it resolved.
