I buy this with every controller and headphones I buy for my child, they usually break within two year time

I usually avoid adding insurance but I expect to put my headphones through the ringer and thought it was a better idea to have protection than not. I have used it in the past on an xbox and it was well worth it.

I bought this for the Xbox Elite. Normally I do not purchase warranties. However, this controller wasn't cheap. Unfortunately the grip started to fall off within the first year and they took care it no hassle.

Controller worked very good. Had great grip. Unfortunately it got stick drift.

They managed to exchange my broken Headset with a New One.

one of the side pieces broke off and because i had bought extra warranty they just replaced the headphones no questions asked

I didn't want to spend more than $100 for a wireless headset to use at work, so this was the go-to choice for me.

I haven't used one yet, but its good to know that you can walk in with the broken item and walk out with a new one.
