In the rare instance that I have an issue with an item I've purchased from Best Buy, Geek Squad Protection has been a great service to resolve my issues.

I had a warranty on my Xbox elite controller & I had to use it to replace the controller one time with no problems.

The agent that returned the remote control was excellent knowledge and replaced it with a new one Geek squad!

My son had an issue with his earphones. We bought the warranty so when we took it back he received new headphones.

bought for my printer! and as you know the inkjet toners dry up quickly! This will be helpful it that does occur.

Obviously, this won't be needed on certain brands with good support, but on anything else, this is a good program.

Anything I purchase at Best Buy that I might face excessive wear and tear, I get the replacement plan. Never a hassle dealing with repair/replacements.

The 2 year geek squad product replacement is always great , it’s always a good thing to have insurance on a item.

Purchased Geek Squad replacement coverage on my controller as I have broken one in the oast. Probably won't ever use but good to have for peace of mind
