I have had to replace multiple devices and I’m so glad I have the protection, easy exchanges no questions asked

It is nice for when you got a lemon, but there should be a pro rate on it. I bought a galaxy watch which went crazy on me within a year and had to pay the whole amount of the replacement plan even though I had the watch for less than a year.

Geek squad were very professional on my T.V. installation and they cleaned up after all.

Great recover item so you don’t have to pay again for the same product and get it replaced

I really don't think this should be purchased separately to actually cover your butt in case the products you purchased fail, which most likely will.

This protection plan is a must and is very easy to use. just walk in to customer service and they will either replace or give a store credit for the item.

This protection plan was well needed for my purchase because kids do not handle electronics very well and I am sure I won't be disappointed.

Gaming products go bad pretty quickly. I’d always recommend this because my controllers break a lot. They just stop working for no reason

I always purchase protection agreement on electronics. It's a safe bet it'll probably break and Best Buy makes it easier to exchange.
