I love the headphones and have had problems before with the wires tearing so I do recommend getting the replacement warranty.

While having any item under the product replacement program, never had any issues bringing the product back to Best Buy to get a replacement.

I no longer fear my purchase's will go without protection and I love that I don't have to stress as much especially when I have children.

Excellent warranty. If the item breaks within 2 years, Best Buy will refund the cost to replace except for the cost of the warranty.
