I have used geek squad for a few devices and like the fact that most of the time it is no questions asked process. Things happen and if you are covered, it is one less thing to spend more money on.

I recommend this for any electronics you buy. Even if you dont end up using it you really cant pass it up. Its always better to have it and not need it then to meed it and not have it.

I am so thankful for the Geek Squad. Thayer are hands down the best, highest quality protection you can have. They are there when you need them and fix it right the first time.

I gave 5 stars to this because sooner or later you will have to use it,sometimes is during the product warranty but sometimes it will have to be out of the warranty so this is when you will used this.

Thank God for Geek Squad. We were able to get our Xbox controller replaced when it died right after the warranty expired. Quick and easy process, just how it’s supposed to be.

I generally purchase these for electronics that my kids will handle or other small things that can break. For the price it is worth it and no hassle when I had to use other plans from BestBuy.

product i bought this for lasted longer than the warranty (yippie) ive heard good and bad with getting service though, i would personally purchase a product with a credit card (most offer additional warranty) and go thru square trade for a warranty

I buy this on all my Xbox controllers, eventually no matter how much you pay for them they develop the controller drift. It makes it easy to get a replacement.

I wouldn’t buy any devices from Best Buy without the protection plan it’s the best ever regardless of what happens they always on her and either replace or provide a gift card for the amount spent.

if ever I have had to return something with the 2 year product replacement,,,Best Buy is the BEST. they NEVER give you a problem. they just do the job and your out the door. Great job BEST Buy...

I purchased a geek squad replacement for them things I bought for my son. I’ve use it several times and it’s definitely worth it and it gives me peace of mind would recommend to any of my friends.

This is a must!!! Unless you do not mind spending unnecessary money. Purchasing the product replacement is a must. Within the period of any issues, simply bring to replace for similar product.

I had to replace my headphones after a year . The replacement was just as easy as if I bought the item that day and returned it. Employees happily exchanged my item. I highly recommend buying the warranty, it’s well worth the investment.

I always purchase a GSP protection plan with my high dollar electronics. It's comforting knowing that if anything happens to my item then I can get it either repaired or replaced.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth the $$ because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

Definitely worth it, I would not buy a controller without the warranty. When you play a lot or accidentally drop your controller or you start getting stick drift that is when it comes in very handy

Always a plus to have insurance, the replacement plan is pretty good compared to those other insurances from other stores. The fact that i can go to another best buy and swap my item out becasueit may be malfunctioning really makes everything better

I usually try my best to purchase an extended warranty on items . It's the best decision you will ever make. If the item is damaged you can simply return it and it will be replaced with no hassle.
