    No longer the straight forward program and plan it used to be, they now question everything and try to get out of replacing items. They also refund the purchase and warranty and then recharge the new item and new warranty and have never failed to increase the price of the new warranty and make you pay the difference. So far Samsclub and Walmart have completely smoked the consumer friendliness and hassle free replacements in a big manner
