This was great to have on the headsets, so just in case we had any problems it was could to know we could bring them back and get them replaced.

This is a no brainer. Put this coverage/service on your headset (since they are generally fragile and break easily) and you they will replace your item for free, essentially allowing you to not worry about buying new headsets.

I purchase geek squad protection for all my products and it is well worth it. I have had TV's fail years later, but best buy refunds my purchase and I am able to select a comparable product.

i always say if you dont want to pay full price on an item that was broken due to normal wear and tear or just stopped working then get the geek squad protection because it is worth it in the end and saves a ton of heart break.

For many products $200 or less this warranty is awesome. There is no question they will honor the warranty if you return something within the return period.

The warranties cover your purchases from literally any kind of damage. Even if your dog chews up your wires or peas on your equipment your warranty covers it. The only thing it doesn’t cover is lost or stolen merchandise

This is the reason I love Best Buy there have the best insurance hassle free. Being able just to go in store and get a replacement at the spot is perfect.

If you buy any electronics that you're going to be using on a daily base, I recommend getting the protection plan. Due to overtime use such as a PS4 controller or gaming headset, it can wear off within a year or so.

I was hesitant at first to purchase the protection plan but in the end I opted for it and it ended up to be the wise thing to do. The controller I bought quit charging and they replaced it quickly. Definitely a good decision for anyone!

Not to hesitate getting the product protection! No waiting, turn in the item not working and have gotten a new one asap. Carefree with no waiting or having to send to manufacturer.

Geek squad is awesome! I recommend it for all products! I have 5 children and they are not careful enough with electronics so having a sense of relief that if something breaks I can replace it for little to no cost

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection and it is definitely worth the money. If an item breaks, take it back and they will give you another one in return. It is a win-win situation.

It's always good to have peace of mind, specially when you are buying an expensive item and the price of the extended warranty is but a small fraction of the value of the item.

I put this on a power A GameCube controller and when it broke, they’re adult just gave me a new one with no questions ask. It’s one the best deals you can invest in. Highly recommend!

We purchased the replacement plan on my son's gaming headset. We have had issues twice, brought them in and received a replacement without problems or hassles. Definitely worth purchasing on high value items that could have issues.

What a better way to protect your investment than to add the Geek Squad 2 yr extended warranty. Not convinced enough? How about Best Buy's item replacement policy .. you will always walk out with a new item, not a refurbished one.
