Man I will always keep this one of my controllers stopped working and I was able to take it back and get it replaced with no issues and get the replacement plan on the new one as well this comes in handy when your an avid gamer....

I always get protection plans with anything I buy from bestbuy. They are the only store that truly do what their warranties say they'll do. I highly recommend getting this plan with any electronics you buy from bestbuy.

I have rarely used my geek squad service but when I have it has been a great experience. This is just a good idea for high provided items that are expensive to repair.

My son’s headphone’s wire was going bad where the plug is. Going in and out, couldn’t hear. We took it to Best Buy & they replaced it with a new one. Very pleased.

The Geek Squad is always helpful. Sometimes they are busy, but they are always worth the wait. I always purchase protection when I can. Better safe than sorry.

I bought some turtle Beach headset and I got this warranty and the warranty is for two years you could do whatever you want with the headset is something wrong with the headset just return it back to Best Buy I love the warranty.

Def recommend the protection plan. For $20 you get unlimited replacement for 2 years. Especially with the Xbox Elite Controller because it has SO MANY DEFECTS. I’m on number 3 and they were all brand new and sealed

I typically skip out on protection plans, but bought this one for a controller that actually broke within the first couple months of owning and the replacement plan made it so easy to go in and get a brand new one within minutes.

Definitely recommend buying this for all your electronics and peripherals especially If you have kids. This option has saved me hundreds of dollars on replacement game controllers.

Geek Squad helped me set up my IPad and when ever I’ve had any issues at all, they are so helpful. I will always use the Geek Squad with my purchases. They are very knowledgeable

got the warranty and didnt use it, but have used similar before and it works very well. Only wished warranty when used we dont have to pay again to "renew" the warranty

For an additional fee you can replace a product that you may have while it's being repaired or if that item is out-of-stock and cannot be repaired, haven't replaced

Haven't had to use this service but its nice to have a warranty where you just bring in the product and provide your phone number and boom!!! New product! Worth the price!!

1. they don't make things the way they used to.... 2. if you have to deal with the direct manufacturer... you might have to pay shipping cost.. which is what the warranty cost at bb. 3. might as well Murphy proof your purchase

You can’t beat this policy and all of my best tech has this warranty behind it if allowed. Consider it a small price to pay for a little sense of security

Always recommend getting this for electronics, as most electronics break after their manufacturer warranty is up. This will keep your products safe afterwards.
