I love the Geek Squad protection plan. I got it for my boyfriend because he plays ps4 religiously and he goes through controllers like water. At least I know I can get his controller replaced after he pulverizes it in less than 2 years lol.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this but it’s great knowing that if anything happened to my purchase I can have the support and opportunity to have things fixed or replaced.

Love this return part of extended plan I was probably stop or slow down from buying stuff like I do from Best Buy or any other retail store if it wasn’t for this protection plan

This is the second controller I have had to have replaced. My partner is not that rough on the controllers yet they seem to break often. Using the plan is easy and hassle free and the associates are extremely helpful.

If you can effort it, buy protection plan for everything you purchase from best buy! They replace it or fix it very fast without tens of questions etc...

Purchased this for my sons gaming headphones sure enough he broke them went to my nearest Best Buy and was able to get him a replacement pair I recommend this fo all products.

The squad that hung my tv did a fantastic job and very professional and clean showed me how to use the mount also hooked up my devices to my tv

I HAD NEVER USED THE GREEK SQUAD WARRANTY. I HAVE PURCHASED IT A FEW TIMES. I JUST HAD TO USE ONE I HAD PURCHASED AND IT WAS SO EASY. NO PROBLEMS JUST EXCHANGED AND GOT A NEW ITEM. I WILL BE PURCHASING THEM AGAIN.

So far the controller that I need to RMA is not in stock and hasn't been in quite awhile so they say I can get sore credit which is nice but I really just want another controller. I have another year so I'm going to keep limping the controller until hopefully they get the newer model or more stock. Here's hoping!

These plans are lifesavers when something does go wrong. No hassle, just bring the product in, they test things out, fix or replace. Simple and worth it.

The 2 year replacement is very important when you have children that use the item on a daily basis. If anything happens you can take it back and replace with no questions asked.

Wireless scared me, but you can charge while you play. If you have a slim then you have to download an update from Turtle Beach in order for this to work. It uses an optical cable that Sony didn't include on the slim.

I like the replacement policy however you shouldn’t have to buy. New one again within the 2 years if you replace it.

Well worth the money it was an easy exchange they really stand by there warranties always get protection / replacement plans on higher priced items

Electronics and video game accessories do not last long. So I definitely recommend getting the replacement warranty.
